Kadirur Service Cooperative Bank has taken a significant step towards environmental sustainability by actively participating in the Harita Net Zero Carbon Project. As part of this initiative, the bank contributed 1,000 Kuttimulla saplings and 400 earthen pot plants to the Net Zero Carbon Project at Kannur Central Jail.
In a special event held at the jail premises, Dr. T.N. Seema, State Coordinator of Navkerala Karmapaddhati, received and inaugurated the saplings and plants. The initiative aligns with the broader mission of promoting afforestation and reducing carbon footprints, reinforcing the bank’s commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
By supporting such eco-friendly projects, Kadirur Service Cooperative Bank continues to play a vital role in fostering sustainability and community well-being.
