As part of International Women’s Day celebrations, the women employees of Kadirur Service Cooperative Bank’s Chonadam branch have started dragon fruit cultivation as a new agricultural initiative. The project was inaugurated by Eranjoli Grama Panchayat President, Smt. M.P. Srisha.
Speaking at the event, Smt. M.P. Srisha praised the bank for introducing modern farming ideas and said this initiative is a great example of new-age agriculture. She also highlighted the importance of such projects in promoting women’s empowerment and sustainable farming.
Through this initiative, Kadirur Bank continues to support innovation in agriculture while encouraging women to take an active role in farming and self-sufficiency
